please don’t judge this potato slicer, this potato slicer is 60-65 years old and guess what! it is handmade.

This iron potato slicer was made by my grandmother’s cousin brother and it works really well till now. We slice potatoes, onion from it for papads, or for pakodas.

Add the sliced potatoes in the container filled with water.

When the potatoes are sliced, now you need to dry it by placing it one by one on any cloth. when the potatoes are dried transfer it to a plate for frying.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan.

when the oil is hot, add the potatoes one by one. fry it on medium flame until crispy. Make sure you don’t make it brown otherwise, you will get a burning taste.

Serve it with chutney or dip.
